Please note it would be much appreciated if you could give advance notification should you wish to cancel your appointment. We realise your time is valuable and we make sure the time slot we reserve for you is yours to keep so you can get the best service possible. In order for us to keep this level of service, we ask our patients to give a minimum of 48 hours notice (2 business working days) should you wish to cancel the appointment. If you do wish to cancel a planned appointment, please call or text the mobile number or email: tel: 07850 124 561 to notify your therapist as soon as possible. If you simply fail to attend the scheduled appointment, or do not cancel 48 hours (2 business working days) in advance, you will be liable to pay the full session fee. Please take into consideration that insurers will not cover you for any missed appointments and you will be responsible for the full session fee if you were unable to notify us 48 hours prior.
